Wishing Things Were Different

Father in Heaven,

I love you so much. I thank you for allowing me to witness your wonders today. I thank you for how you watch over my family and I and keep us from harms way. Father, I come before you with a broken spirit, needing your power to help me to overcome hurt and disappointment. I know that your plan is great for me, but it seems that there is no pause button for the storms in my life. Although I don't understand what you're doing in my life, I trust that it will be for my good! Help me in this changing season. In Jesus' Name.
